Local shipping for products is SGD 6.

We offer free shipping within Singapore with a minimum spend of SGD 150.

Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 3 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our local courier partners for delivery.

Note. Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.

Your order’s tracking ID can be found in the order confirmation email. 

The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). You’ll be charged if there’s any fees involved.

Our courier partners will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid. In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

If you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, email us at hello@coached.fitness with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.


 Purchases made cannot be returned. If you have purchased the wrong product and would like to exchange it:

  1. Email our customer support team on hello@coached.fitness within 7 days of receiving your products and let us know you'd like to return your order. 
  2. Please re-pack your order, include your order number inside the box and send it to the address our support team provides.

Unless your products are damaged, faulty or we sent you the wrong goods by mistake, we'd ask you to arrange for and pay the costs of exchanging the products. (We're a small business and so it's not sustainable to offer free returns like the big shops do).

Alternatively, you can arrange with our team for an in-person exchange at our lab.

While in your possession, please keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. We may refuse your exchange if the products arrive back to us in bad shape (unless, of course, they arrived with you that way!). Orders damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Please just inform us of any damage to the products within 3 days of delivery, ideally sending us a photograph so we can raise this with the courier.

Please note that we can only exchange products ordered from our website directly, not products bought through retailers or partners. Please contact them directly to check their returns policy and discuss the matter.


We accept credit card and bank deposit payments. Singapore customers can pay us via PayNow using our UEN number or via internet bank transfers.
